Dottie McCarthy, Chairperson – Opened the meeting at 7:40.
Item 1: Friends of Scouting Fundraiser volunteer needed. Dottie will send an email to all parents asking for a volunteer.
Item 2: The Troop 100 Anniversary dinner is confirmed for March 6th
Item 3: High Adventure Trip. Plan needs to be put in place. John will address this. To attend, a scout must be 13 and minimum rank of 1st class
Item 4: Goshen trip will be June 26-July 3. The Goshen down-payment is due Feb 24. The full Goshen fee is approximately $325.
Item 5: Jill Casasola raised a question about Webelo Scouts visits to Troop 100. Jill will follow up with John to determine how to arrange these visits.
Item 6: Dottie offered the idea of identifying an easy fundraiser. She will investigate some options.
Item 7: Dottie suggested a Scout clothing and equipment exchange. John says there are many Scout items available in the Scout room. It was decided that we will have a clothing and equipment exchange event prior to the February committee meeting at 7:00 pm. A few parents will be needed at 6:30 at St. Ann’s to pull out the available items. Dottie will publicize.
Item 8: Council Fire Book Discussion. Ad sales will begin soon and will be handled by Lisa Hoke. Melanie Giordano and Donna Gregory will handle layout. Elizabeth Gross will handle the publishing of the book. The stories are due from the boys on January 30th.
Item 9: A Christmas Tree Sale Report was presented by Amy Wooden. Due to the weather, the Troop did not sell all of the trees.
Current account is: $1,987 profit from this event. There are more checks outstanding and all should be sent to Don Francisi.

Tree Sale was a great success despite Sunday being a near-total loss
Holiday Party was enjoyed by all who attended.
Marshes Farm trip is Jan 16-17th
No campout next month; only PLC members (Training weekend is Feb 19-21)
